Wild Sprout is a curated marketplace and registry platform for outdoor-themed children's products. You may browse the site freely. Creating a registry requires a free account.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access admin areas or other users' accounts
- Scrape or reproduce our content without permission
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with site operation
3. Registries and User Content
Registries you create are public by default. You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your registry. Wild Sprout does not verify registry contents.
By creating a registry, you grant Wild Sprout a non-exclusive license to display your registry name and selected items to facilitate gift-giving.
4. Affiliate Links and Purchases
Wild Sprout earns affiliate commissions on purchases made through links on the site. Purchases are made directly from third-party retailers — Wild Sprout is not a party to any purchase transaction. All disputes regarding purchases must be resolved with the retailer directly.
Prices and product availability are determined by the retailers and may change without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All editorial content, design, code, and brand assets on Wild Sprout are the property of Wild Sprout and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product images belong to their respective manufacturers or retailers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Wild Sprout is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product information is always accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Sprout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through affiliate links.
